Fast delivery, well packaged plants. On the other hand, the parcel arrived in another relay without me being informed, which is a pity given the price of delivery.
It's perfectly understandable that a change of relay point can lead to a significant organizational change.
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that at the time of delivery the carrier is obliged to deliver to another relay point than the one previously selected because the latter is closed or full and can no longer accommodate additional parcels.
Unfortunately, this change may also occur between the time the order is placed and the printing of the shipping label.
For these reasons, the relay point may change. We understand that this can be annoying and apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks again for your recent order 🙂
