All our truffles are rigorously selected and sorted by hand, one by one, in our workshops. Each piece is checked to ensure its freshness and quality at the time of shipment. However, as truffles are a natural and living product, their aromatic intensity can vary depending on their ripeness, origin, and also the storage conditions after receipt.

Even though the delivery is handled by an independent carrier, this does not change our commitment to our customers. This type of situation is obviously unacceptable, especially for fresh and sensitive products like truffles.
We regret that you did not contact us directly as soon as the problem was noticed. This would have allowed us to immediately open an investigation with the carrier and offer you a quick solution (reshipment or refund according to your preference).
