This is not the first time I order this kind of books because I am a childminder. It's my farewell gift. I ordered 3 at the same time and I am very disappointed with the quality of the faces in the books. It's blurry and very dull compared to the photos I sent. Very disappointed with the printing of the 3 books. It's the first time I am disappointed with the result. I don't think I will order other books for the next few years.

The result is great. I really appreciated the ease of realization, the possibility of having a contact to answer my questions. I just would have liked to be able to flip through the book with the chosen photo (you can only visualize the cover page). And it's a shame that the same photo is used on each page. But I think my grandson will be happy to see himself as a firefighter

I ordered 3 books: Dinosaurs, recipes, and Princess. The first one was good with a scarf, it's okay, the princess one, I'm a bit disappointed with the layout. Some photos make it look like she has no neck, the layout is not great. I think we could do better especially with current software. The one with recipes also has a scarf, it's okay, but could be better. So I'm satisfied but with a bit of restraint. Otherwise, the idea is great.

However, I do not give 5 stars, because I find the book expensive, and I had no promotion, I waited more than a month before ordering it hoping that as a new customer I would maybe get a promotion but nothing at all! Cover too thin. Problems with the dedication text, I had to print a text on adhesive paper to cover the original dedication. I already sent my opinion before... but no feedback! I was disappointed with the result: there are white bands at the bottom or top of some pages (as if the image was not centered), the message at the very beginning of the book (a dedication for my daughter) was cut off... so no interest. And I had received a message saying there would be "a gift" because it was my birthday, saw nothing! For about 37€, I expected much better.
