Bad experience not because of the product or your company but entirely due to your delivery person (Chronopost) who does not do his job. I had to go pick up my package at a relay point even though I waited all day without moving from home because he did not knock on the door and once a new delivery was scheduled with their customer service, it was never done; I then received a message informing me that my package would only be available for 3 more days. I then made a 10km trip there and back to retrieve it but frankly if it hadn't been a very specific Christmas gift I would have let you return it.

Hello The placemats are perfect But the tree is not a product I would recommend We positioned it but it was not well secured After taking it apart the color is already fading It is not stable I did not find on the site the other balls that are seen in the advertisement And it takes quite a long time to install It would be good to provide practical attachments for the balls Best regards

The first order was perfect but the second was not at the same level even though it was the same model ordered: the color was different, gray and dull instead of white

The color of the ordered placemats did not match the one that was delivered to me

The products are really very beautiful, original, and of very good quality. However, the order tracking and especially the returns are really ineffective. I returned part of my order a month and a half ago, it was received well after some delivery inconveniences and I have been waiting for the refund for 15 days now. Without any news from you! The inscriptions are not nice at all

Just surprised because I didn't imagine that the balls were made of cardboard… I didn't keep them.

The quality of Podevache was perfect. This last purchase disappointed me. The choice of patterns is always very good, however the slightly grained film that covers these last sets makes the readability of the decorations almost milky if one is not completely above the set. This dulls the colors and gives a "cheap plastic" look, which was not the case before. The grained surface reflects light to the detriment of the readability of the decor. Very unfortunate, this moves Podevache from high to low-end.

The print of the design is a bit blurry

The late delivery and inferior quality of the products disappoint me from this brand.

Rug not compliant with the visual on the site and the return shipping cost is exorbitant (19.70 euros) for a rug priced at 129.90 euros, no commercial gesture made, the site offers no solution for a return slip at a negotiated and lower price.

Bought 2 identical kamana cushions 70/70 and one of the 2 is not the same shade. One white and the other off-white. Sent an email with no response. Otherwise, good quality.

Order received, but the colors did not match the photos on the site. I therefore returned 3 rugs, at my expense and the shipping costs of the initial order were deducted from the refund. Not very fair.

The colors of the cushion are faded and are very different from that of the one (same item) purchased previously.

Disappointed because I ordered 2 rugs, and the colors you see on the site are not at all identical to those you receive. So 2 returns at my expense, 2x 10€ ..

Small defect in the framing so it's a return.

Good quality products, true to the photo on the site, except for one of the placemats which was different from the one ordered. The return conditions being restrictive, I did not claim.

Does not meet my expectations

Quality is very different from online photography.

I have not received the chilienne I ordered and paid for.

Very happy with the products, but the delivery was disappointing. The parcel was ripped open and left outside in the rain. The parcel was left outside my home in the rain.

The color advertised and displayed on the promotional photos bears no resemblance to the actual color. We were expecting beige placemats and they were gray. The return is at our expense. 18€ lost for nothing at all

I have still not received the products I ordered.

I ordered an item designated as a mohair plaid and received an acrylic and polyamide plaid with only 9% mohair, which was also a milky green color instead of the intense green shown on the site. This was all a lie and cost me over 13 euros in return postage. I am very dissatisfied and will never order from this site again, which I consider dishonest.
