Bottom of the green cushion while it seemed black on the internet... Cushion returned

I am disappointed with the design of the cushion I ordered recently, it did not have the black piping that finishes it so well. I had ordered the same one last year, it was well finished. So I returned the item.

I am still waiting for a response from customer service because the frame arrived damaged.

Low quality painting, same for the frame and the price is more than excessive. It's a shame, I will not recommend

Disappointing commercial experience. Receipt of the non-compliant item. Sales service that does not acknowledge its fault. To be deplored to the highest degree. I will never reorder on podevache.

Except for the carrier: package arrived torn

I have the impression that my blanket has yellow stains above the animal's head. The result is not great. What a shame...

I ordered other placemats, they arrived much better printed.

At a time when most deliveries are free, we would expect that when they are paid, they arrive within the announced deadlines! However, that was not the case, it was well beyond the announced deadlines! Disappointed! I should have bought it in-store, it would have cost me less and I would have had it on time...

Received a candle with a broken box that was for a wedding gift, I couldn't give it and email sent and not even an idea of a response!

SUPER, your placemats are always of excellent quality, very durable with varied and tasteful colors. It’s a very good alternative for our summer tables, without a tablecloth to clean!!!!

Great disappointment! I was expecting to receive a high-end vinyl rug given the high price... it is actually just low-end: very thin rug and especially it lacks color on the edges

I am not satisfied at all. I returned the item because it does not match its description at all. It has been several weeks since I returned it, and I still have not received the refund. It's a real scam. Despite several follow-ups, I still have not received a response regarding my refund.

I am very dissatisfied with my purchase of worsley carpet which does not correspond to the advertised description. I had to pay 20 euros for return shipping. I am waiting for my request for a refund of the delivery costs.

Arrived just in time for Christmas and very happy with the models chosen We've made a lot of people very happy.

The cushion I received looks nothing like the photo on the website! The so-called "velvet" fabric is so thin that you can see through it with a rag!

Order not yet received

I ordered two cushions from stock and they were no longer available. Very disappointed.

The print did not render as pictured, the colors were dull and drab. I returned the item.

I never received my order. I have sent complaint emails but nothing happens. I ask what's going on and don't even get an answer. This site is a scam, don't order from it!

Satisfied with my order but disappointing delivery: the parcel was thrown over the gate and therefore sat in the rain all day.

Carpet ordered beige and received gray. I emailed with photos and was told there was nothing they could do for me ...

I am dissatisfied with Podevache who has still not managed to deliver my order 31265 for 127.20€ dated November 27th. Despite numerous contacts with your company and the DPD carrier, I have not received my order. Given your inability to process my order, I can only ask for a refund.

Pretend goods are coming from Germany whilst it's coming from UK and then you are stuck paying 30% VAT and border costs. And it took ages to arrive. Do not recommend. No customer service on top.

The colors of the cushion are much paler than those on the site and it's not real "velvet" but just a fluffy fabric, really very disappointing!

What I ordered was not delivered

Received the item and sent it back immediately. The picture on the website is misleading as it looks like the coaster has relief but it doesn't; a piece of linoleum! However, I must admit that the product description is clear, I should never have ordered knowing that I would have to pay for the return!

Candles not conforming to their descriptions.

Disappointing: The rendering of the copies received does not correspond to what is shown on the site: much darker and without contrast. Items can be returned, but at the buyer's expense (which is more than €10).
