Pretend goods are coming from Germany whilst it's coming from UK and then you are stuck paying 30% VAT and border costs. And it took ages to arrive. Do not recommend. No customer service on top.

Received the item and sent it back immediately. The picture on the website is misleading as it looks like the coaster has relief but it doesn't; a piece of linoleum! However, I must admit that the product description is clear, I should never have ordered knowing that I would have to pay for the return!

The description of personalized products on the website is limited and confusing. It would be wise to write in black and white which style of typography is used for which model. You could even add photos to match. I was expecting to be shown the finished model for validation before printing. I'm very disappointed with the final result and the customer service / after-sales service is very poor.
