I am very happy with my order but I will not be ordering from your site again because of DPD. Disastrous experience.
The delivered order is incomplete!
It's a pity that the fasteners aren't supplied, or at least marked on the tree skirt! The balls should be dressed on both sides, as the cardboard side isn't really pretty! I liked the idea at first but I'm rather disappointed with the result! Sincerely

I sent the placemats back. The print is blurred, even though the placemats are thick and of "good quality". I wasn't convinced by the print quality for the price. What's more, Podevache doesn't make returns easy: there's no pre-filled label with their contact details, and returns are at the customer's expense (it costs 10 euros for 6 placemats).

With the bridge of the ascension and your realizations made to order, the delivery was delayed and the deliveryman almost took again my parcel (9 working days to withdraw it!) I had not envisaged this delay. Otherwise, the order met my expectations, except for the pink fish: the background is whiter than the others.

Quality product, but disastrous delivery withDPP
The delivery service was unacceptable. The driver put the 2 parcels in the garage downstairs, just behind the gate, because he refused to climb 4 steps to put them on the terrace.
Beautiful sets but stains remain
No after-sales service I'm still waiting for a return slip which I have to sort out myself. Returns are almost impossible and given the prices this is unacceptable.

The packaging of framed canvases needs to be reviewed. Foam to protect the corners would be useful. The box didn't look damaged when it was delivered, but in the end one corner of the painting is damaged. In short, I'm not sure I want to place another order.

I ordered 2 vinyl mats, one is flat and the other, despite 2 weeks under weights, still buckles and strangely in the opposite direction to the packaging. Very disappointed considering the price! Have I already reported this problem? Have a nice day!

Quality items. Perfect and true to my expectations BUT lamentable delivery: parcel dropped off at a relay station while I was stuck at home for 4 hours to receive the parcel (date and time range for delivery given by the same deliveryman !!!!).

No information was received regarding confirmation of shipment of the parcel and the possibility of tracking the parcel. With no news of the order, I contacted the after-sales service, which told me that the parcel had been available for 1 week at point relais x, but the parcel was not there. After contacting DPD, it turned out to be at another relay point. On the other hand, very satisfied with the items received.
I put 3 stars because the product corresponded to my expectations BUT after one week it is full of oreole. Yet it's only for putting my dog's bowls. In short, it doesn't look like anything. Very disappointed
