I am doubly disappointed because not only did I not receive my entire order as the box was open, but I also sent an email explaining my problem. I have received no response!!! I am waiting to reorder therefore!

I am so disappointed by the quality and the lack of thickness of the Kakémono. I knew the initial quality of the placemats, of remarkable thickness! Too bad!

A very good visual but for the price paid, I expected placemats doubled with a layer of cork and not lino however pretty it is.

Order as expected, just a bit disappointed to have to ask when we arrive for the order. The velvet tables are great, the cushions not so much! Too bad! Provide the correct tracking code to avoid stressing customers.
