Order very carefully packaged. Order compliant. However, the delivery company is a real disaster: no appointment set when it should have been: result, first presentation no one at home, the delivery person tries to contact me but I am in a meeting I cannot answer him. I call the offices, I apologize, we set an appointment for the next day. On the day, the delivery person calls beforehand to check that I am at home. I waited for him all day no one showed up. The next day, I call the offices to say that no one had shown up and there I am treated as a liar, they eventually delivered to me but this kind of experience calls into question future orders. WHAT A SHAME
