The packaging of framed canvases needs to be reviewed. Foam to protect the corners would be useful. The box didn't look damaged when it was delivered, but in the end one corner of the painting is damaged. In short, I'm not sure I want to place another order.

I ordered 2 vinyl mats, one is flat and the other, despite 2 weeks under weights, still buckles and strangely in the opposite direction to the packaging. Very disappointed considering the price! Have I already reported this problem? Have a nice day!

Quality items. Perfect and true to my expectations BUT lamentable delivery: parcel dropped off at a relay station while I was stuck at home for 4 hours to receive the parcel (date and time range for delivery given by the same deliveryman !!!!).

Great shopping experience. Carefully packaged parcel with the card showing the first name of the person who took care of it, it's cute. The 2 niono and broome velvet cushions are high quality and look great in my living room. I'm thinking of ordering more for myself or as gifts.
