The placemats are superb and of excellent quality. This is the second time I've ordered and I'll be ordering again. It's also a lovely, original gift for friends.
Perfect item, as described. On the other hand, I was not at all satisfied with the way my delivery was organized: the truck was too big and had no access to the street, the deliveryman was not available at the right times, it was a real headache.
Superb! Just what I was looking for. Too bad it doesn't come with a fastener for wall mounting.

No information was received regarding confirmation of shipment of the parcel and the possibility of tracking the parcel. With no news of the order, I contacted the after-sales service, which told me that the parcel had been available for 1 week at point relais x, but the parcel was not there. After contacting DPD, it turned out to be at another relay point. On the other hand, very satisfied with the items received.
