Very high prices! Not enough offers!
Thank you for your feedback. The prices of our products start from 16€. We do our utmost to make French design and manufacturing accessible to as many people as possible. In fact, 90% of our products are imagined and designed in our Drôme workshop 🇫🇷. We rarely run special offers, as our ambition is to offer top-quality products at the best value for money all year round.

The sets are of very good quality, but they had a very strong and unpleasant scent of solvents or whatever that took a while to leave. This doesn't bode well for environmentally-friendly manufacturing, which is a pity, because the designs are very good.

One of the two placemats was not at all what it looked like on the website. After a call to customer service to ask about the possibility of exchanging for an extra pair in addition to the set that doesn't match the visual, you're kindly told that you'll have to pay for the return postage and also for the new order... a shame for a MIF brand.
