Easy to navigate website, had a chance to order exactly what I wanted and missed from the US - Snyder's Pretzels with Jalapeño and Buffalo spices! Yummy! The only downside was Mondial Relay shipping, once it the parcel got into Barcelona it got stuck somewhere for over 3 weeks! It eventually arrived to me in Menorca over a month later. Other than that the product is good and I recommend this site.

For the order I was able to place recently, everything went well, received in a very reasonable time with all the ordered products. However, for an order placed earlier, since the corresponding package never arrived, I requested a refund and that has not yet been done. Above all, I have been waiting for the refund confirmation from them for 3 weeks. I find this a bit unacceptable.

The contents of the box are great. Honestly, I think it's very good value for money. However, I was a little disappointed when I opened it. I thought it would be delivered in a pretty box, but in fact it's just all in the box. A small drawback for me as a Christmas gift-giver. The packaging would be a plus. Thank you for your feedback. The description clearly states that since 01/01/2024, the box is sent in a normal box to reduce the use of packaging.
We used to use 2 boxes, plus packing for a simple box, we decided a year ago to reduce this packaging to avoid overconsumption of cardboard.

The shipping costs are high in relay point when you order heavy items.
In your case 20 cans, that's more than 10Kg. Yes, 10€ for shipping may seem high, but your package wasn't 500g, the carrier charges by weight.
Do the test at the post office, and you'll see the price you pay for 1Kg and for 10Kg, it will triple or quadruple.
But in your case, it was free because you used a promotional code that reduced your bill by more than 10€,
