Frankly, a broken product, an opened drink, a lost parcel, ok we understand, but having to suffer your lack of diligence, or too much stupidity... STOP, stop buying food on the internet...

We haven't found any complaints with Chronopost or with us.
You should have refused the parcel as indicated on the website in the case of an open parcel.

We are surprised that the sweets could have become warm at this time of year.
Some candies like the one you ordered:
Jelly Filled Brains have a gummy, runny appearance which is their normal appearance.

Thank you for your feedback, but next time if something like this happens, you have the right to refuse the parcel at the relay point.

For the extra packaging, you can always send glass jars with little or no protection, it could indeed limit the "Too much", not sure you would be satisfied to open a package full of glass pieces.

The description of the boxes is very clear: "The cans are packaged in a cardboard box in Pop's America colors, no specific box."

As we already use a lot of bubble wrap and packing paper on our drinks, it's not possible to add another dedicated carton to put the cans in a box that would fit into another carton.

In ecological terms, this would be inappropriate and totally absurd.
Everything is clearly indicated in the description of the drinks boxes.

In fact, the capacity is displayed on each item sheet. The Monsters you bought are collector's Monsters from Brazil and the US. The capacity of the Monster outside Europe is always 473ML and not 500ML like the basic versions you find in supermarkets.

Don't forget to take a good look at the product descriptions and details - everything is clearly displayed on the site, so you'll have all the information you need when making your purchase.
Bear in mind that these are imports, hence the high price.

Yes as you say, product date: 02/14/2025, it is a production 2 months ago...
Furthermore, you didn't buy Pop-Tarts but Toast'Em, it's not the same product, nor the same brand.

Toast-Em like Pop-Tarts can have the opening of the carton that opens during transport, which does not change the protection of the product since each tartlet is individually protected by closed packaging.

In the end, nothing matters to you anymore given all your negative reviews on the products?

Yes, it was indicated on the site, under the wholesale price, all the dates are displayed on the products.
You still had a summary in your shopping cart with all the dates under each product.
And by transparency this date is also displayed on your invoice.

With all this information available prior to your purchase, it's a bit odd to point out this date problem.

What's more, we're talking about a DDM and not a DLC, which is also explained on the site.
