Box decouverte a 59€ dommage quasi que des choses sucré bonbons et barre chocolat. 3 drinks, 1 tube of pringles, 1 packet of chips, 1 packet of spicy curly and 1 packet of dried fish. The rest is just sweets, I'd have liked more savoury stuff.

We found 2 cans in your order: a Red Bull where it was indicated on the site in the description that this Red Bull could have a few dents and then a Monster Japan.
As you can see, both the glass bottles and the cans are individually wrapped and protected as much as possible.
The glass bottles arrived undamaged, which proves the quality of the packaging, but we're not immune to a shock.
Cans are very fragile, so there's always a risk during transport, despite all the protection we can't control.

Very fast delivery and parcel in good condition, I liked the color and pattern of the box. Contents in very good condition, well protected with a free apple candy bar, you can't say no. Pops America deserves 5 stars, but I'm only going to put 4 because I think the price of the product I bought is far too high for what it's worth, but otherwise nothing to say about the rest. I suggest lowering the price of Flamin Hot Cheetos, 24€ for 4 packs of 100gr (with delivery and texts included) is still too high. Thank you for your help.

Prices are based on the purchase price and all the ancillary costs we incur (invisible to the customer).
The product in question has become very difficult to import. A year ago we were selling it for €2.99, now it's €4.49 because its import price has doubled, and yet we've only passed on 2/3 of the increase, the remaining 1/3 is at our expense.
This product is sold for around $3 in the USA, so we suggest you order it directly from the US :) (We're joking, of course).
The price of your delivery is 5.99 from France to Belgium for delivery within 3 days, which is a fair price. (shipping within 24h)
We could do Mondial Relay as before at 3.99 and delivery within 10 days if the parcel isn't stolen, but we opted for quality of service from start to finish (that goes for the transport offer).
We don't make any margin on transport (it's forbidden) and we still put money in our pocket to offer you this price.
You'll also earn loyalty points, which you can redeem for a discount on your next purchase, or keep warm if you wish.

After searching, we couldn't find any trace of an e-mail with a photo or a call to notify us of this problem.
We would have liked to be able to see this on a photo because, as you can see, the cans are individually wrapped and protected to avoid this kind of problem.
Unfortunately, there's no such thing as 0 risk when it comes to transport, especially when orders include more than 10 Monster cans, as the package gets heavier and heavier and the risk increases during handling at sorting centers.
