Package very well packed and products received as agreed. However, big disappointment with the Mondial Relay service.
What happened with Mondial Relay because your parcel left on 31/05 and was available the next day, 01/06, in the relay.
You then went to collect it on the 05, so we don't really understand what happened as the parcel was at the relay less than 24 hours after dispatch.
