Order compliant but choice of carrier to be reviewed...10 days waiting then modified parcel relay 4km away with no possible means of transport... I'm not sure I'll repeat the experience, too bad. Nevertheless, I can't fault the impeccable customer service.
The contents of the box are great. Honestly, I think it's very good value for money. However, I was a little disappointed when I opened it. I thought it would be delivered in a pretty box, but in fact it's just all in the box. A small drawback for me as a Christmas gift-giver. The packaging would be a plus. We used to use 2 boxes, plus packing for a simple box, we decided a year ago to reduce this packaging to avoid overconsumption of cardboard.

It's clearly indicated on the Box's product sheet that the photo is contractual but that you'll get all the major US brands.
The card indicates 25 products, you got 27 or 28, and the total of the products sent is much higher than the price of the products shown on the photo.

Out-of-date products? No, not really, they have expiry dates... The products concerned have an ANTI-GASPI logo, with the date displayed on each product in bold, but also before entering the item file and again in red this time if it has passed in your basket.

Many products are out of date or almost out of date...
We have already replied to you by email.
You're mixing up "best before" and "sell by" dates.
On all the boxes you took, there was an error on our part on a dried meat.
All the other products, i.e. around 80 items, all had an expiry date of more than 3 months, except for 3 products ending on 31/08/24, which you received on 02/08/24. That's still one month of consumption on 3 products.
It seems pointless to explain again the US dates and the Chinese dates, which are the date of manufacture and not the best-before date, since our email went unanswered.
For the 3 products which finish at the end of August, hurry up and consume them before they become radioactive on 31/08....

Hello I received my package very damaged and rescotched. All the sweets were loose in the box with the broken bag.
We have not received any call or email from you.
If the package arrived in the condition reported, you should have refused it as indicated on the site.
A parcel can be damaged in transit and you are free to refuse it.
We checked with the carrier, and there were no complaints or notices when the package was picked up.

Unfortunately, there's no such thing as 0 risk when it comes to transport, especially when orders include more than 10 Monster cans, as the package gets heavier and heavier and the risk increases during handling at sorting centers.

Delivery to the selected relay point was not respected, with shipping costs being charged... The selected relay point was a very important one that was not full.
You had to pay for delivery because you bought goods for €5.98. Delivery is free for orders over €59.
Unfortunately we are not the delivery company and cannot be held responsible when the delivery person drops off a parcel at another relay point.
We don't know how you know that the initial relay point was full, as it's a locker, unless you have access to the locker?
We found that the locker was full, nothing unusual after a purchase during the Black Friday period, which is very common during the end-of-year peaks.
However, the delivery driver was very professional, as he dropped off your parcel at the nearest locker, 847m away to be precise, less than 6 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car, which is still acceptable.
Your parcel was delivered in 48h (announced in 3 to 5 days), order shipped on Monday after ordering on Sunday evening.

2 boxes damaged on order

Good but too expensive
Really disappointed by the Fruit By The Foot Betty Crocker - Flavor: Blue Raspberry that I paid 1.99 euros thinking I would receive a box like in the picture but I receive a single bag that is not even worth 30 cents in the U.S.! And then most of the items are very limited, so I expected better, lower prices...

You were disappointed by the product's price, but before you buy it, you're told that it's "sold individually", with a full explanation of the product's weight and the choice of flavour, which is a good indication that it's a single product, and it's well explained.
Would the 2€ box have been strange? It's 0.30cts in the US, which is fine, but in Europe, as with all our competitors, the product is 1.99cts. Its importation and the 6-month shortage of this product have made it expensive. AND it's going to happen again. There's always the option of ordering the product in the US at $0.30.
You're talking about out-of-date products, we're talking about anti-gaspi products, which is not the same thing.

That's where you bought 4 products in this category, you know the ones with the big pink and blue ANTI-GASPI logo, the date displayed in red automatically on the item card but also before you go to the card.

I paid 11euros for delivery 1 day after the scheduled date and according to the picture it was American takis but I received Mexican takis which are much worse. After checking this detail was well written in the product description but when I order I don't bother to read the description, the picture should do the trick, too bad.

Hello, I received my order, unfortunately 2 out of 3 cans arrived dented. Considering the price I'm a bit disappointed, it was for collection. Thanks anyway.

They are individually protected with reinforced bubble wrap, and another bubble wrap to reinforce the whole package.
As indicated on the website, we cannot guarantee shock-free transport via the carriers.
I ordered Monster cans from Pop's America in order to make a collection of the designs I like... Understand my disappointment when I saw that the damaged cans ordered were in perfect condition BUT that half of the others had received irrecoverable damage, indentations on the lower but also upper edges, as well as some kind of scratches that bent the curve of the drink... Indeed I received my parcel in a short time and indeed the products were well covered with protective bubble wrap and all present... but the objects were nevertheless damaged... I'm going to place another order, hoping this time to get the cans I wanted in the condition I wanted, or I'll go elsewhere. I gave them 3 stars for shipping and half the order was in good condition.
