Good evening, Thank you for your feedback, however we haven't received any email from you concerning this problem. Don't hesitate to let us know when the problem arises. On our side, we have access to the Chronopost interface and I can confirm the refusal of the parcel by your initial relay: SN TECHNOLOGY We have a gps scan of the deliveryman in front of the relay and a refusal stamp from the latter for having too many parcels. As we explain on our website, online sales have been on the rise for several months now, and relays are overloaded and refusing more and more parcels without blocking delivery in their relays with Chronopost. All they have to do is click on a button to cut off their availability on the relay card. So the driver dropped off the parcel as close as possible to the first relay, a 10-minute walk away (yes, we know the area well - we lived in the 15th arrondissement for 10 years). We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience, and please don't hesitate to let us know, because in the end, every time a rating is 3 or 4, it comes from the carrier. As a result, we judge the carrier and, in this case, the sites that have nothing to do with us, instead of the shipping time and the quality of the service (excluding shipping). We processed your order in less than 24 hours. Thank you again for your confidence.

Hello, We're sorry to hear that the cans were damaged. Unfortunately these are the risks of transport and there's nothing we can do about it. We are investing in double-thickness cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and dunnage, but it's not enough. We understand your dissatisfaction, but as we explain on the delivery methods page, Pop's America does its utmost to ensure that the cans are intact, but they cross the world by boat, by truck, and then by truck again, but in cardboard boxes and not on pallets as they were originally. I don't think it's right that products with an expiration date should be offered for sale, even if they're offered at a reduced price (like the shrimp pringle's I received on 31/03/2022 with an expiry date of 31/03/2022.

In other words, the product up to this date and 6 months after is still edible, but may lose some of its flavor. These potato chips you're talking about were made in September 2021, so they're only 8 months old. We've eaten them again this week, as have other customers, and we've had no complaints about the product, if only because it's special and different from what you find in supermarkets in France. Unlike other sites that sell products with dates 6 months in the past, we inform and explain in a transparent way what effect this can have on taste. In addition, I invite you to consult our catalog, 1245 items, 11 items in the Anti-Gaspi section. What's more, I'd like to add that when you place your order, the date is clearly displayed on the item sheet, and the product can be found in the Anti-Gaspi section with all the necessary explanations. Perhaps you are sensitive to the flavors of products at the end of the date, in which case we invite you to take products with long dates, like 90% of our catalog, at + 6 months. Concerning your remark about selling products with expired dates or best-before dates, this is 100% authorized, and even more so when millions of people are starving, it would be inconceivable for us to throw them away... Hello, Thank you for your feedback. However, I think there's an error in your review, you indicate that we delivered in 2 weeks, whereas you were delivered in 48 hours. You ordered on Friday 18 February at 22:50, the order was shipped on Monday 20 February and delivered on Wednesday 23 February at 14:00 with economy delivery, i.e. 2 days. Words are important, because 2 weeks instead of 2 days is not the same thing. Thank you very much.
