I have been a Powertec customer for a very long time, even before there was a dealer in Europe. I appreciate this brand for its reliability, ease of assembly, and durability (my multi-function bench is over 15 years old and I still use it). The leg press I ordered this time is great, smooth and compact in terms of floor space. I use it for rehabilitation and it's perfect. However, I have a big reservation about the delivery company. I have a walking disability and I had to insist with the delivery person (very unpleasant) for him to just leave the package at the foot of my building, which was perfectly accessible for his truck and pallet jack. He even reproached me for not having a cutter on me so he could unpack his package. It's unfortunate because the experience is very unpleasant while Powertec is an excellent brand. I can understand the time constraints imposed on delivery people, but I would prefer to have an option for quality delivery, even if it means paying an extra fee.

Hello, I give four stars because I received a bent part, had to straighten it. Powertec offered to change the part but I managed to straighten it, I don't think it's their fault.

The support/safety arms for the weights rack are far too short. When dropping the barbell it always hits on the vertical anti roll plate at the end of the support arm. They should be at least another 100mm long to avoid this.

Delivery came quickly, everything was well packaged. Assembly was ok so far, instructions could be more detailed. AfterSales leaves something to be desired, wanted to reorder adapters for 25 mm disks, because forgotten in the main order. Since the price of 98, - is 2 EUR below free shipping costs would be 30 eur due . Unfortunately, no accommodations.

very good product, it feels solid (I haven't finished assembling it) points for improvement the assembly instructions should be more detailed and clearer there should also be an additional video assembly there are a lot of parts the delivery was a bit disappointing the deliveryman left me alone with the 300 kg boxes to get back home
