The chest press arrived undamaged. Communication with the carrier worked well. The customer service is in France and is a disaster. I tried to change my order (additional items) and wrote to customer service in English and French. It took 5 weeks to get a reply and my order could not be changed.

I'm very satisfied with this company, which supplies quality equipment, in particular the Sissy squat, which I've just bought. However, at the time of ordering, Powertec was offering a 10% discount on the entire store, so I contacted one of their managers (Valérie), who told me that the discount did not cover this equipment, so I bought it at the "full" price. A few days after this purchase, I received a new e-mail asking me if I wanted to take advantage of the 10% discount on the purchase of this equipment, which was quite surprising. I replied that I did, and haven't heard back since. In my opinion, this is a damaging malfunction in the sales department and it's damaging the reputation of this company, which is why I'm only giving it 3 stars.
