The boots I was given were too small and the bindings on my wife's skis weren't tightened properly so both needed returned to the store to be fixed. In addition, the shop was incredibly busy, but not very well staffed on the Monday morning.

The store manager is cold and unsympathetic. She really needs to change jobs... Despite a purchase of over 500 euros, there's not a smile on her face. The only consolation is a model employee, Mathilde, who is very competent and commercial. I'll never set foot in this store again.
