Very good welcome, happy with the equipment. With the exception of boots that were difficult for my 10 year old son to put on, and we had to come back and change my other son's skis, as he was taking his shoes off - the exchange was made quickly for better equipment.

This resort is very nice and very pretty, with very good chairlifts. It's quite big and easy to get to. Unfortunately, sometimes the snow on the slopes is icy, which makes skiing harder, and sometimes there's no snow at all, so the slopes are closed.

Staff were excellent and very accommodating. They made sure that I had all the equipment,plus the skis and helmet I hired were nearly brand new. The poles were a little second hand as one of them was bent. But on the second day a staff member noticed this and changed it for me.

The skis were ok, but old considering we paid for platinum. The fitter forgot to fit the second ski for each of my two children. Fortunately they were in ski lessons and so their instructor was able to do it. Children both had problems with boots fitting but were replaced with minimal fuss.
