Equipment was very old. Had to change one set of skis. Another set had issues with bindings. Boots also very old and uncomfortable - had to spend some time sorting out boots that fitted. We collected on Sunday morning and so perhaps they had run out of decent kit. When we returned we saw that they had given newer kit to other people. Staff were helpful

Long wait (45) to retrieve the equipment because there was a group and the material (snowblade) that was reserved had been rented to other people in the morning according to the seller. Nice and efficient team, but there was a severe lack of additional staff for this morning rush.

I was very satisfied with the rented equipment. The handling and return went smoothly. However, the attitude of the sellers leaves much to be desired: while neither of them was busy, they passed the handling of my request back and forth in front of me, without real involvement. Moreover, they were not particularly friendly, showing little consideration for the customer and not a single smile.

Staff, kind and friendly, however, forced to go back to the store three times in the same day... The first time they forgot the poles, the second time, the ski adjustment was completely random and we were unexpectedly fitted with boots. Moreover, we had chosen a sensation pack and ended up with entry-level skis.

Everything went very well. We easily retrieved the skis. We were able to have them tightened during the rental. The return was quick! Very pleasant team. Skis a bit "worn", but very good value for money! I recommend.

Good service in the shop from knowledgable staff. The actual shop itself was tricky to find. We used the one in Résidence ODALYS which doesn't come up on Google maps. Initialy we went to the one in the centre.

My son had to go back twice because the board was poorly fitted and to change shoes, otherwise the staff is nice, excellent quality price, good continuation.

Reserved two snowboards and two pair of deluxe boots. Super happy with the boards and the one pair of boots. There was no second pair available for my wife who instead got a rundown pair of basic boots. She was fine with it and the materials were adequate, but I felt quite disappointed having especially made reservations for the premium ones. Besides no apologies or refund was offered. I guess the season is not on the side of the client.

Some skiers found that the skies were not wax sufficiently and need to have them waxed by their ski instructor. Others found the one ski was more difficult to clip in, take a few go in this ski to clip in the boot.

I rented snow for 2 consecutive years in this shop, last year I rented an intermediate pack and this year a performance pack and yet I got the same board as last year and lower quality bindings, I would like to know what is the point of paying more to have the same equipment?
