The first day I pointed out to the salesman that my shoes were too small. He told me it was normal and refused to give me any more. I had to come back the next day after being in pain all morning. I lost an afternoon's skiing because of this.

Hired 3 sets of platinum skis - all were brand new and excellent quality. Hired boots for an advanced standard teenager were rather basic - he was not quite adult size yet. Service very friendly- shop was empty at the time ( 9.30 Saturday morning). We have used them before and will return.
