One of the two helmets was not clean, and would loosen with each descent. I didn't use it all week. Overall, the quality of the helmets is mediocre. The equipment is very worn if not outdated. Finally, I have the impression that the range of skis chosen has no impact on the equipment that was given to us. The 2 pairs of shoes were very uncomfortable, undoubtedly outdated as well. In short, I would have preferred to pay more and have decent equipment.

Equipment was very old. Had to change one set of skis. Another set had issues with bindings. Boots also very old and uncomfortable - had to spend some time sorting out boots that fitted. We collected on Sunday morning and so perhaps they had run out of decent kit. When we returned we saw that they had given newer kit to other people. Staff were helpful

Numerous issues from the shop at Les Arcs Hotel Edenarc location. Their website has no function to book shorter than 7 days so reserving for your specific dates is complex. Kit was not prepared correctly to use so snowboard binding came loose on a red run. Wear on the straps meant you couldn't ratchet tight enough with their premium snowboard package. Generally frustrating experience. Shop was understaffed so long queues. Overcharged for a short term rental and shop is understaffed.

Mixed experience. The skis were of good quality, but the advice on the shoes was very insufficient. I had to change them after a day due to large blisters, and I was given a similar pair without any questions or attempts to understand the problem. I was in pain again very quickly. It's unfortunate, as poor equipment can really ruin a ski trip. Given the price, the service is not up to par.

The skis were in very bad condition, with numerous holes on the sides and even a missing metal part on the top of one of them. When we reported it, the first seller replied that it was normal because we hadn't taken a pack expensive enough, which, according to him, justified having poor quality skis... Fortunately, another seller, much kinder, took the time to explain to us why the equipment was in this state. However, no solution was proposed to replace it. Moreover, the shoes were also very damaged: both straps were half torn, making them difficult to close, and the tongues at the front and back of the shoes, which normally allow you to put them on and hold them, were missing.

I had reserved snow boots online, when I arrived at the store they didn't have the size in the reserved model category. We had to make do with what they had that was acceptable but the boots were outdated and every evening we had to take off the liners to let them dry because by the end of the day they were soaked.

Reserved two snowboards and two pair of deluxe boots. Super happy with the boards and the one pair of boots. There was no second pair available for my wife who instead got a rundown pair of basic boots. She was fine with it and the materials were adequate, but I felt quite disappointed having especially made reservations for the premium ones. Besides no apologies or refund was offered. I guess the season is not on the side of the client.

Hello, I appreciate the service, i.e. being able to rent equipment online for the whole family. However, the online booking site is not ergonomic at all, and I'm not talking about the mobile version, which is unusable. What's more, every time you book (3 times a year, after all), you have to re-enter all the information on the family members registered in your account. It's long and tedious. You have to save at each stage to avoid losing what you've entered. Finally, online prices vary from period to period. Discounts are nice, but not linear. As for on-site collection, despite the best efforts of the always charming on-site staff, the store doesn't always have the items (categories, sizes, etc.) reserved online. So overall satisfied that the service exists as it saves us time, but could be greatly improved in the many years we've been using it. Thanks for reading.

I received an unfriendly un professional greating in your shop (Ark 2000) . 18/1/2025. This may have been down to my Scottish accent? The young dark haired man asked are you here to book skies. I said no and produced paper work (in French) confirming my on line booking. He did not look at and just walked away carrying on his conversation with a colleague. I just stood there for what seemed for ever. He did come back and ask the same question . I tried to explain he just pointed me to another member of staff who measured my feet and got me skis sticks, boots and a helmet. I had been up since 05.00 hrs that morning and just wanted a smooth ski collection. I did not go back to the shop untill it was time to hand it all back. I am only giving you 3 stars because I had very short skis I am 5'10 tall.
