Staff, kind and friendly, however, forced to go back to the store three times in the same day... The first time they forgot the poles, the second time, the ski adjustment was completely random and we were unexpectedly fitted with boots. Moreover, we had chosen a sensation pack and ended up with entry-level skis.
The staff were great but the quality of equipment was not the best. Paid for the better snowboard and got basic one had to ask for new helmet as the one I had was old and uncomfortable.
Mixed experience. The skis were of good quality, but the advice on the shoes was very insufficient. I had to change them after a day due to large blisters, and I was given a similar pair without any questions or attempts to understand the problem. I was in pain again very quickly. It's unfortunate, as poor equipment can really ruin a ski trip. Given the price, the service is not up to par.

The skis were in very bad condition, with numerous holes on the sides and even a missing metal part on the top of one of them. When we reported it, the first seller replied that it was normal because we hadn't taken a pack expensive enough, which, according to him, justified having poor quality skis... Fortunately, another seller, much kinder, took the time to explain to us why the equipment was in this state. However, no solution was proposed to replace it. Moreover, the shoes were also very damaged: both straps were half torn, making them difficult to close, and the tongues at the front and back of the shoes, which normally allow you to put them on and hold them, were missing.

Regarding the equipment, our teams do their utmost to offer equipment suitable for each practice. This should in no way impact the quality of your experience.

Good team but disappointed with the equipment, I rented from you because I wanted to try new material for purchase but very very limited choice available. (shoes with Boa in particular as presented on your site)

I had reserved snow boots online, when I arrived at the store they didn't have the size in the reserved model category. We had to make do with what they had that was acceptable but the boots were outdated and every evening we had to take off the liners to let them dry because by the end of the day they were soaked.

The equipment is in poor condition. There were 4 of us and we came to the store 6 times to change the equipment. In particular, the shoe that no longer clicked into the ski on the slope...
The staff was really too laid-back. Not friendly. Except for 1 person, maybe the manager?

No choice available in the all-mountain category. At the price we pay, we can expect to have a bit of choice. The skis were damaged even though I paid for the best quality. Other than that, very friendly staff!

2nd year renting from Precision Ski, we tried a second time. Same observation: Worn children's equipment, out of age. No better for adult equipment. We made sure not to choose the lowest price level. What should it be!

I rented snow for 2 consecutive years in this shop, last year I rented an intermediate pack and this year a performance pack and yet I got the same board as last year and lower quality bindings, I would like to know what is the point of paying more to have the same equipment?
I paid for Premium skis/boots and I got economy skis/boots. It is half term. But I should not be paying Premium price for old low end equipment.

Very average ski, I expected much better when taking a sensation pack, they are in a deplorable state.

Hello, I appreciate the service, i.e. being able to rent equipment online for the whole family. However, the online booking site is not ergonomic at all, and I'm not talking about the mobile version, which is unusable. What's more, every time you book (3 times a year, after all), you have to re-enter all the information on the family members registered in your account. It's long and tedious. You have to save at each stage to avoid losing what you've entered. Finally, online prices vary from period to period. Discounts are nice, but not linear. As for on-site collection, despite the best efforts of the always charming on-site staff, the store doesn't always have the items (categories, sizes, etc.) reserved online. So overall satisfied that the service exists as it saves us time, but could be greatly improved in the many years we've been using it. Thanks for reading.

I received an unfriendly un professional greating in your shop (Ark 2000) . 18/1/2025. This may have been down to my Scottish accent? The young dark haired man asked are you here to book skies. I said no and produced paper work (in French) confirming my on line booking. He did not look at and just walked away carrying on his conversation with a colleague. I just stood there for what seemed for ever. He did come back and ask the same question . I tried to explain he just pointed me to another member of staff who measured my feet and got me skis sticks, boots and a helmet. I had been up since 05.00 hrs that morning and just wanted a smooth ski collection. I did not go back to the shop untill it was time to hand it all back. I am only giving you 3 stars because I had very short skis I am 5'10 tall.
Competitive rate for the resort but impersonal welcome
Outdated ski & snowboard equipement. Not every sizes available for the shoes.
Friendly staff, but the equipment is limited. I paid for prestige skis, got rinsed boots and even worse poles. Wouldn't recommend.
Good value for money but the skis lacked a bit of quarter.
The skis were ok, but old considering we paid for platinum. The fitter forgot to fit the second ski for each of my two children. Fortunately they were in ski lessons and so their instructor was able to do it. Children both had problems with boots fitting but were replaced with minimal fuss.
Arrived at 7.15pm, couldn't collect skis despite closing at 7.30pm A bit frustrating
Everything was almost perfect, except that we had to change our shoes on day 2 because the first ones we lent were obsolete...
