The most convenient location possible for the Pleny lift. Staff were mostly helpful, but initially refused to help me unless I could provide their booking email, despite me showing them their receipt and my booking being in their system, which just caused undue frustration and delay to me and others. Changing skis during our stay was easy and the gear was in ok condition. Price was discounted through our accomodation and very competitive.
