My overall opinion is good and I understand that ski hire can take time but we had to wait 70 minutes on the first morning to receive our skis which was frustrating. The skis were very good quality. When we returned our skis the service was very quick. Overall the staff were very good and polite.
Good skis and boots. Initial set of poles I were give was damaged but changed without a fuss
