I was helped by very friendly and really thoughtful staff. Helped making decisions on what to hire and didn't mind to change my stuff when I asked for something different or an helmet (which I forgot) a few days later - even gave me a discount on the helmet. Great experience.

Friendly and efficient rental service. The shop space is a little tight when it is very busy.
The skis were ok, but old considering we paid for platinum. The fitter forgot to fit the second ski for each of my two children. Fortunately they were in ski lessons and so their instructor was able to do it. Children both had problems with boots fitting but were replaced with minimal fuss.
