One of the two helmets was not clean, and would loosen with each descent. I didn't use it all week. Overall, the quality of the helmets is mediocre. The equipment is very worn if not outdated. Finally, I have the impression that the range of skis chosen has no impact on the equipment that was given to us. The 2 pairs of shoes were very uncomfortable, undoubtedly outdated as well. In short, I would have preferred to pay more and have decent equipment.

We want to reassure you that all of our equipment, including helmets and shoes, is systematically disinfected after each use. Regarding the condition of the equipment, it is regularly checked, although some pieces may show signs of wear due to their rental use.
We understand that comfort and perceived quality may vary from person to person.
We regret that you did not return to the store during your stay. Our team is present to exchange, adjust, or immediately replace the equipment if it does not suit you, in order to ensure the best possible experience.

End of season gear
Very good.
Super nice and attentive team. Even at the end of the season. Skiing was quite good and competitively priced. Shoes were rather at the end of their life for me but that's okay... I will come back
