Difficulties placing the order (confirmation not received by email, had to write to them). Once I got to the store, everything went very smoothly.

There were problems getting the material back at the beginning of the week, not available etc. but otherwise the material was perfect and the return easy.

Directions poor. Went to wrong precision ski shop first .

Decent experience in the shop, could have been more tentative.

Lovely staff but little lack of organization.

Friendly staff. However, we had to wait 1h to pick up our skis while there were maybe 4-5 groups in front of us. Also feels a bit like a scam when you have to pay your ëassurance vol' at the counter again while we already paid online.

The first day I pointed out to the salesman that my shoes were too small. He told me it was normal and refused to give me any more. I had to come back the next day after being in pain all morning. I lost an afternoon's skiing because of this.
