Lovely staff but little lack of organization.
Friendly staff. However, we had to wait 1h to pick up our skis while there were maybe 4-5 groups in front of us. Also feels a bit like a scam when you have to pay your ëassurance vol' at the counter again while we already paid online.

The first day I pointed out to the salesman that my shoes were too small. He told me it was normal and refused to give me any more. I had to come back the next day after being in pain all morning. I lost an afternoon's skiing because of this.

Boot selection was poor for larger feet
The boots I was given were too small and the bindings on my wife's skis weren't tightened properly so both needed returned to the store to be fixed. In addition, the shop was incredibly busy, but not very well staffed on the Monday morning.
Skis were in pretty poor condition when picked up considering we paid for the Gold standard.
