Great welcome! Nothing to complain about
Long wait (45) to retrieve the equipment because there was a group and the material (snowblade) that was reserved had been rented to other people in the morning according to the seller. Nice and efficient team, but there was a severe lack of additional staff for this morning rush.

We had such a great experience! Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. As English speakers with very little French, we were so grateful for their patience and accommodation—it made getting rentals even more enjoyable.

Poor quality skis despite the most expensive package.. Friends with the lower package had much better skis, which is still disappointing and raises questions about the usefulness of paying so much for that. Moreover, the edges are rounded, no grip.

Super service and very good material.
Numerous issues from the shop at Les Arcs Hotel Edenarc location. Their website has no function to book shorter than 7 days so reserving for your specific dates is complex. Kit was not prepared correctly to use so snowboard binding came loose on a red run. Wear on the straps meant you couldn't ratchet tight enough with their premium snowboard package. Generally frustrating experience. Shop was understaffed so long queues. Overcharged for a short term rental and shop is understaffed.

Regarding online bookings, certain configurations—such as shorter rental periods—may indeed require adjustments directly in-store. Our team is always available to assist and adapt reservations when needed.
Concerning the equipment, we take safety very seriously. All gear is regularly checked and maintained. If any issue occurs during your stay, we encourage customers to return to the shop immediately so we can replace or adjust the equipment without delay.
As for waiting times, peak periods (such as weekends and arrival days) can lead to higher in-store traffic, but our team remains fully mobilized to serve customers as efficiently as possible.

In-store service very good but the skis provided do not match the reserved pack, I took the sensation pack and I got beginner/intermediate skis for women (Nordica Belle 75) which correspond to the evolution pack; not sure I will rent skis in your stores again.
