I rented snow for 2 consecutive years in this shop, last year I rented an intermediate pack and this year a performance pack and yet I got the same board as last year and lower quality bindings, I would like to know what is the point of paying more to have the same equipment?

Top staff but unfortunately on a last minute reservation, the equipment was marked available on your site but the shop had nothing left to equip us.

Easy process, great staff and good quality equipment. Very close to the main lifts only downside is they don’t have lockers to use but they did let us leave equipment in the shop overnight

Very good welcome, we arrived, there were few people, the staff took their time to find out what would suit us best. I was able to try on 3 pairs of shoes. Our 3 sizes were taken so that there would be no size error. Welcoming store. In short, we recommend!

Great ski shop - situated in the Alparena hotel lobby so perfect if you are staying in the hotel - the team there are always super helpful and available if there are any issues during your ski trip

Very good value for money
Ease of use of the site. The map to find the store location is very clear. The prices are interesting (I compared several brands before making my choice). And the modification of my package after purchase was possible and easy online.
I paid for Premium skis/boots and I got economy skis/boots. It is half term. But I should not be paying Premium price for old low end equipment.
