Pay for shipping on 500€ item is no longer acceptable in Europe. Moreover, you partner with GLS which has the worst service in Italy. They did not deliver the goods when the address is totally correct. They don't call when the number is stamped on the label. There is no way to contact them to change delivery options. I have called Precision Ski customer service 2 times to update the address and contact GLS and nothing changed! I have not yet received the items that cost me 500€. It's an absurd. I will have to resort to ask for a refund and let you find the parcel.

I ordered from the UK, and I had to pay extra duties for the products to arrive (I was not informed about this in any step of the process and I am buying products from other retailers and never had to pay duties). It states tax included on your bill, then you find your self with £197 to pay duties, they refused to pay, I asked to show me where it states on their website , their response was I should know it because everybody knows! I do know, but if it states TAx included That means tax included. So now I have a jacket that is too big and cannot even exchange it, costed me £1089!!! Don’t buy!
