When we look at the tracking of your order, the order left the same day, we see that there was a packaging problem during transport on Monday evening, however it was available from Wednesday in the relay point. It's true that Chronopost didn't respect the 24-hour time limit, so the delivery time was extended to 48 hours. However, you collected your parcel on Friday, even though it had been there for 3 days. Another problem for us was the fact that a false cell phone number was included: 0600000000. How to manage your delivery knowing that all tracking is managed via sms ????
