Good evening Madam, From what we have heard about this problem, it would appear that the exchange did not go well with your contact. In fact, he refused to accept the return on the grounds that you had bought a few days before the sales and that you wished to return the product at our expense, to be reimbursed, and then reorder the same product. We understand your frustration, but the sales were announced well in advance on our site 48 hours before the launch. It's like in a store, you buy the day before, you can't afford to do that too. There are people behind the screens and it's a bit difficult for us to accept these kinds of requests. A return is valid for an exchange of another product, or for a refund, not to buy the product again at a lower price.

Hello, The note may seem a bit high, but when you select the gift-wrapping option, it's not to receive a product without its gift wrap. Not living at the delivery address where the product was delivered, I discovered on Christmas Day that it wasn't wrapped. I was a bit stuck and offered the pair of gloves without the package. Respecting a customer also means respecting the contract between the two parties. Even though I'm also in the trade, I'm not going to lecture you. the staff was very helpful, as I ordered the wrong size and they've made sure I got the right one after having made my order. however, I asked that the skis be gift wrapped which they were, but the price tag was left on the packaging. also, the gift message wasn't there at all. so 4 stars, but I do recommend them.
