I had a very bad experience with the service after my purchase. Although the price in the UK site is in GBP the store charges in EUR, I paid through PayPal a higher price than the price I was quoted, even the invoice from the store came different versus the price I paid. I raised my issue and the response I got from the store was that the transaction for them was ok that the problem was on me and I need to find a solution with PayPal. PayPal did nothing to help. With this type of situation you realise that for this store the costumer does not care for them. I even offered a different way of payment to get my refund and never received any response. They simply do not care, at the end they got the money no matter if the costumer was not satisfied with the transaction. Product is fine, very disappointing with this purchase due to costumer service.

Good evening, Are you serious? Everything was done according to the rules, you were told 5 times that the interchange rate is not managed, it is Paypal. When you paid you had the amount posted by paypal, you could decline or cancel. Everything is correct, you have been granted a refund, pay directly in cb, but no response since sending the payment link. I can still post the link, but be honest we sell Canada Goose in the UK every day, never had a problem!

Hello, We appreciate your dissatisfaction. However, we would like to provide you with some additional information. You ordered at 2:27 pm, but orders leave the same day until 2 pm as indicated on the site. We still prepared your order and gave the parcel to the evening pick-up, which does not guarantee delivery within 24 hours. The parcel took 48 hours and was delivered on Saturday. Moreover, in Chronopost's emails, it is clearly indicated that there are some delays due to COVID, but in your case there was nothing abnormal since you placed your order after the deadline indicated on the site. As a result, your rating is very harsh and does not really reflect your experience.
