I have nothing against précision ski .it's more about the delivery man who called me by phone because of the confinement and so didn't even ring the intercom then he told me to come down and get it .in short not friendly at all and at first I thought it was me . I was unlucky because I received a defective item (Briko helmet with a 4 mm diameter hole on the shell) and at this time of year several parcels have been lost to me by certain transport companies. 8 days have passed since my order was shipped, yet i didn't receive my order even though i have paid for 72 hours delivery max. The phone number for english customer support didn't work, the email from Precision Ski didn't include the tracking number, had to figure it out myself from the url of the shipping link, in order to get estimated delivery info from a robot. Very bad international delivery experience, the refund of the shipping fee would be a gesture of common sense in this case. Also, DPD courier, partners of Precision Ski for delivery, should be cut off and replaced by a quality courier.

Hello, We don't understand the problem. You ordered a size 38, and there was a 38 in the original box? There is no real problem, it happens regularly that brands like New Balance make a mistake on the external and internal labeling, however the product in the box corresponds to the product ordered. After checking, the response from our customer service department was not correct. But we just checked with the person who answered you, she did not understand the real problem of what I read, that's why the person proposed you to return the product. New Balance had a whole series with an error of printing of size on the boxes and labels of the shoe, but in no case a counterfeit or other. We have 46 stores, 5 websites, a French company based in Savoie for 21 years, we could never afford to sell counterfeits. We work directly with the brands, without intermediaries, and this is certainly the case with New Balance. The problem was reported to New Balance several months ago, and as I told you, the shoes are indeed the size ordered, the 13-digit bar code is for us the exact reference and not the labels. Sorry that the exchange did not go well with the advisor.
