Hello, You ordered New Years Eve. It was indicated in 3 different places that all orders with DPD would not leave before January 02, which is a Thursday, so the package arrived 3 working days after. In addition, we indicate a recommended period for DPD without guarantee, to have a guaranteed period you must take Chronopost which offers 24h Express.

Very satisfied with the experience, except that the product was too small. It said it would fit an 11-12 year old boy, but the size was too small (140-146 cm as indicated on the label) for my son (151 cm).

Order received very quickly in 4 days following the information given and the follow-up with chronopost was perfect. Very well protected parcel and products.
