Small problem with the order which was cancelled then finally maintained but the parcel nevertheless arrived 15 days late. Helpful and responsive team, who kept me regularly informed. However, a commercial gesture would have been welcome.

Navigation is not fluid, it takes several clicks for the requested page to be displayed, and the same goes for adding items to the basket, which remains empty even though I'm told that the item has been added.

Very serious site with interesting prices, but my first oakley mask that I ordered I received with a manufacturing defect at the level of the screen, they made me an exchange, the new one that I received does not have manufacturing defect it is niquel and normal, except that the glass inside is scratched, which disgusts me a little for a mask with more than 115 euros which is supposed to be new. If it had been small scratches on the outside, I wouldn't have said anything, because he'll see other scratches, but here it's on the inside, it's a mess, it's not very aesthetic, it's like a little circle 0.5cm in diameter (or a little more) in one corner with micro-scratches (they're not deep), but fortunately the scratches don't bother me when I put the mask on, I don't see them at all or hardly at all, so I keep the mask, I don't want to go to the trouble of sending it back again. I stand by the factual elements given in my first comment and find the supplier's attitude deplorable: you have to accept customer feedback from a satisfaction analysis and implement an action plan. I maintain that the snowboard size delivered did not correspond to the order (a point I can prove by the invoice), and that the solutions proposed did not satisfy me. I maintain that the person I contacted by phone before ordering confirmed that the size I requested was physically available, and that their team didn't have a snowboard specialist when I asked about bindings. The supplier is free to refuse my comment via "Avis Vérifiés", but there are other ways of making it public.

Complete but beware of the correspondence between the products in photos and those actually delivered and moreover it is the customer who pays the shipping and return!!!!
