I had to return a product due to a size error, unfortunately this cannot be done, you have to order a new one and wait for the old one to be returned and the charges paid by the customer.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your delivery did not bring you complete satisfaction. As far as we are concerned, your order left on Friday 17/12 for a 24h delivery, i.e. on Monday 20/12 at a relay point. Unfortunately, the carrier did not present it until the following day, for no apparent reason. We understand your disappointment at this delay, but we are dependent on our carriers in such cases.
