I'm not satisfied with your site, I have a credit note valid on it, but on my last order my code for my credit note didn't work, so I had to contact the customer service number. On top of that, I had my order delivered to the resort, but I never received confirmation that it had been received in the store. So I skied for 4 days without a backpack, thinking that the order hadn't arrived when in fact it was waiting for me in the store. I'm sorry to say that your site is seriously lacking in follow-up and reliability.

Hello, We do not understand your message, we sent 4 emails: Payment accepted, order sent to the store, order delivered to the store, all in 48 hours. We even sent two reminders to tell you that the package had been delivered to the store. Have you checked your spam? The credit note has nothing to do with it, you encountered a problem in a store, exceptionally we accepted the credit note via our site which is a different company, moreover on the phone as soon as we spoke to you we immediately validated this credit note. It's a harsh note, because I can provide you with all the proof on the emails sent with the dates so that you can check.

No problems with the order, shipping, everything is very good. I hadn't found all the information about the ski pants and I'm a bit disappointed about the warmth quality (only 40g). You can improve the information.

Fast and careful delivery, free with in-store delivery, but they never let me know that the parcel had arrived in the store! After a week, I went to the store; they had a bit of trouble finding the parcel, but it had been there for a few days.

I don't think it's right that if the customer picks up their order at your SEES logistics center, you don't give them a discount equal to the cost of shipping. (especially if the order amount corresponds to free shipping).
