Hello, The note may seem a bit high, but when you select the gift-wrapping option, it's not to receive a product without its gift wrap. Not living at the delivery address where the product was delivered, I discovered on Christmas Day that it wasn't wrapped. I was a bit stuck and offered the pair of gloves without the package. Respecting a customer also means respecting the contract between the two parties. Even though I'm also in the trade, I'm not going to lecture you. I'll be delighted to order from your website again in a few weeks' time to complete my ski equipment. In this respect, I would like to ask you for a commercial gesture by way of compensation. After some very nice online advice, I placed an order for skis and snowboards at low prices for the kids. Received two days later, just before Christmas, perfect!
