Good products. Alas, a rather deplorable delivery service, but in line with Chronopost. I chose a relay point in Lyon 4º: a Bureau de Tabac that was always open. But as luck would have it, the deliveryman found it closed .... so I had to go and collect the parcel from the Chronopost offices 20 km away, and these gentlemen were overzealous: my father, who came to collect the parcel for me, had to go there twice: I needed a copy of my passport and a certificate stating that I was authorizing my father, who has the same name as me, to collect the parcel! Chronopost has a habit of not delivering certain parcels to make its rounds more profitable... I advise Précision Ski to change service provider... because I remind you that when you buy on an Internet site, it's in theory to avoid having to move .....

Hello, I'm sure it's not your fault but the delivery wasn't made until Saturday 30th at 1pm, which was scheduled. Knowing the price of this express option, I was very disappointed, especially since I was leaving on Sunday and couldn't use the kid harness during my week of vacation. Not only did I have to pay for a fast delivery for nothing, but I also had to pay for the rental of a harness on site for my daughter. That's almost 30 lost because of this delay. According to the parcel tracking service, it was indeed the post office that failed to meet its deadlines. For the rest of the order nothing to say very professional site that I would certainly use again. Sincerely Alexandre Boudville

After 10 days of going round in circles, my order disappeared from the postal tracking system. Apparently, they can't ship outside France, so they simply cancelled my order and refunded my money, 15 days before Christmas! My bank had blocked the initial transaction for security reasons, so I should have known better.

The choice of items is interesting and the delivery date was respected. It's just a shame that I wasn't able to take advantage of the advertised 15% discount. Overall I am satisfied with the site, my order was shipped in 1 day 2 small complaints The 1st is that the Delivery Note did not match my order, so I had to open the package for which I had asked a gift wrap (charged) fortunately it was just a mistake of paper but hey I paid a gift wrap for nothing And secondly when my husband unwrapped his gift the price was still on the label, a little average when you make a gift.
