One problem when I picked up the parcel: it had been opened, damaged and the guarantee strip was no longer intact. Otherwise very good information and availability of Jean-Valerie to telephone, before my order, during this one and after following the concern of state of the colissimo.

Navigation is not fluid, it takes several clicks for the requested page to be displayed, and the same goes for adding items to the basket, which remains empty even though I'm told that the item has been added.

I paid extra for delivery to my home. I stayed at home to receive the parcel at the time indicated by the carrier, but he delivered to the store opposite me without leaving a delivery note in my letterbox. This is not serious at all.
