I placed an order on February 21st and after sending over 20 emails and calling the store and shipping company several times, I still haven't received my product. It was supposed to arrive in 3 days, and I even paid more to have it delivered faster, but no one is taking care of it and I only get "generic answers" like "you will receive it shortly".
