After 10 days of going round in circles, my order disappeared from the postal tracking system. Apparently, they can't ship outside France, so they simply cancelled my order and refunded my money, 15 days before Christmas! My bank had blocked the initial transaction for security reasons, so I should have known better.

Hello. First of all, please accept our apologies for the problem we encountered with your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a precise and detailed answer concerning the problem encountered with your delivery, as the problem lies with the transport company. Indeed, you placed your order on Saturday, November 18th. Your order was processed and handed over to the carrier on Monday 20/11. Due to the delay in delivery, and in the interests of customer service, we have decided to refund your money, as we unfortunately no longer have any stock of this item. A procedure has been initiated with the transport company to ascertain the reasons for this delivery failure. Every day, we ship around a hundred parcels worldwide, including twenty to Switzerland. Your parcel has since been found and the product is once again available. We would be delighted to offer you a commercial gesture if you would like to order the product again.
