Regarding the response from customer service, with the summer vacations, the team is understaffed and it may be that the response time is indeed extended, however you did get a reply on Monday, telling you to return the item free of charge so that we can proceed with the refund. It seems to me, however, that a reply on Monday to an e-mail sent late on Thursday is still a very decent response time. We have not tried to deceive you, there was simply a visual error on our website which will be rectified once we have received your article. We apologize, but unfortunately this is still a human error and we have recognized it from the outset and will provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Have a nice day, The Précision Ski team

Hello Mathieu, We are sincerely sorry for this delay in delivery and understand that it may have been inconvenient, however we unfortunately have no record of contact by email or via our chat on your part. Secondly, your parcel was indeed dispatched on Tuesday May 16 as planned, however the carrier was indeed late and as Ascension Thursday was a public holiday, it was only delivered to you on Friday May 19, which actually makes three days late (or even two as public holidays are considered non-working days). What's more, if you had tried to contact us by e-mail over the long weekend, you would have known that customer service was closed for four days and that all requests would be answered on Monday. We understand your dissatisfaction and we will refund your shipping costs on a commercial basis, however, in my opinion it is unjustified to give such an opinion about our company and our customer service, which is always keen to help you whenever possible.
