The choice of items is interesting and the delivery date was respected. It's just a shame that I wasn't able to take advantage of the advertised 15% discount. When I placed my order, I was unable to enter the code corresponding to this discount. Unless it's when you're asked if you've been sponsored and therefore have to enter an e-mail or code, but in that case it's not very clear. Apart from this drawback, I'm happy with the product (cap) as described on the site!

Overall I am satisfied with the site, my order was shipped in 1 day 2 small complaints The 1st is that the Delivery Note did not match my order, so I had to open the package for which I had asked a gift wrap (charged) fortunately it was just a mistake of paper but hey I paid a gift wrap for nothing And secondly when my husband unwrapped his gift the price was still on the label, a little average when you make a gift.

Order processed and shipped in record time! Competitive prices. 1st delivery not as described. After notification, new shipment even before I dropped off the package for return (taken care of). 2nd delivery, again very fast, as described. 1 scraper broken in transit, 1 new one returned free of charge. Order conforms, fast delivery. It's a shame that the price on the box (99.95) is much lower than the internet price (surely the manufacturer's recommended price is 129.95...) despite the 40% discount, the price is still higher than the store price, which is discounted by 30%: a discount label was left on the shoes. In short, despite the quality of the shoes, we're left with the bitter taste of having been taken for a sucker ????. Too bad, too bad.

No skis we wanted, so we got replacement. The binding was not correctly mounted. It was obvious that the binding was remounted many times. We returned the skis.
