Very quick response by email, dispatched within two hours of ordering. Item conforms to description. Seller absolutely to recommend. Only hitch, shipping with private courier (DPD) rather long and expensive.

Contacted customer service for information, very quick response. The 2 stars less? Because the item was never delivered to me, the seller realized, at the time of shipping, that the item had defects... Immediate reimbursement. So I think he's still a good seller, but he could have realized it earlier.

Overall satisfied with PrecisionSki. However, I do have one drawback concerning the pickup relays offered by the site: the one I had selected from the list purely and simply refused delivery because the parcel (skis) was too bulky. I had to call the carrier and deal with the situation.

2 glasses for different types of weather, very pleasant! Changing them is quick and easy. The glasses are pleasant to wear, light and encompass the eyes well, no worries about the top bar in the field of vision when you're hands are down, just right!

I made 2 purchases that were cancelled because your billing department sent 1 payment execution containing 1 error. In fact, several items were validated by my bank because they were sent by "amazon", while 2 others were rejected because they were sent by "amazonEU", which does not correspond to your company.
