On www.precisionsky.it it was advertised free shipping, but I was actually charged over 10 for shipping, even though I chose the item and completed the purchase always on the Italian site. You are not fair to the customer! I was satisfied with the product received.

First of all, you chose to have your order delivered by appointment with Dpd, but this is not the cheapest delivery option. You have the option of using Mondial Relay 4 for delivery within 72 hours. Delivery is offered on our site for purchases of 150 or more. We can't afford to offer delivery at a lower price. Transport has a cost - it's the main cost for an e-commerce site. In-store delivery has nothing to do with it, it's a free delivery among our 38 stores in Savoie, it's not a drive, just a collection point that we offer in addition to traditional deliveries. We offer 3 carriers so that every customer can have the experience of their choice, and it's up to you to choose the one you want. If you've decided not to take the economy option, it's still difficult to order in any case and then come back and give it a bad mark. To put it simply, out of 5 modes offered, you chose the second most expensive... Best regards.
