You ordered at 2:27 pm, but orders leave the same day until 2 pm as indicated on the site. We still prepared your order and gave the parcel to the evening pick-up, which does not guarantee delivery within 24 hours. The parcel took 48 hours and was delivered on Saturday. Moreover, in Chronopost's emails, it is clearly indicated that there are some delays due to COVID, but in your case there was nothing abnormal since you placed your order after the deadline indicated on the site. As a result, your rating is very harsh and does not really reflect your experience.
